TURNINGART is a fabulous nationwide artwork and art-consulting company based out of Boston. I have worked with them for years, and in 2024, they acquired Distinctive Art Source, a healthcare art consulting company, whose well-researched articles I went to repeatedly while writing my first book, 100 Days Of Happy Happy Art: Evidence-Based Design.

Recently, they published an IN STUDIO article about me, and it came out last week. They did a beautiful job and I would like to share it with you today as my blog.

Dorothea Sandra, BA, EDAC

Dorothea Sandra is a national and international artist. From France to Hong Kong, her art has sold worldwide. Her artwork has appeared in museums, galleries, newspapers, and magazines. As the author of 100 Days Of Happy Happy Art: Evidence-Based Design and the visionary behind the Smart City Art Collection, she continues to break new ground. In 2024, she was interviewed by the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine for her work in evidence-based design. In 2025, she was the featured artist at the 2025 SRI Sustainability Research & Innovation International Congress in Chicago for her abstract art. In 2026, she was honored with a 3-month art residency at the prestigious Swatch Art Peace Hotel in Shanghai, China. Her art and life continue to inspire people around the globe.
