Like many of today’s architects, interior designers, and product designers for the healthcare industry, Dorothea Sandra is also evidence-based design (EDAC) certified. She brings into her art knowledge of designing for human health and happiness based on the latest medical/scientific studies.
She was interviewed in 2023 by the International Arts + Mind Lab at the Center for Applied Neuroaesthetics, Pedersen Brain Science Institute at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine for her evidence-based design art. Her art has also appeared in the beautiful Healthcare Design Magazine, and she is also the author of 100 Days Of Happy Happy Art, Evidence-Based Design.
