During my last visit to Los Angeles, I needed to take an overnight trip to the desert. From Pasadena, I took Highway 210 along the Angeles National Forest and Bernardino National Forest. Views of Mount San Jacinto are reflected in the background of this painting. The stems and flowers represent the multiple highway lanes and many people I met.
