This painting actually shimmers and glows. I mixed acrylic metallic paint with the Liquitex professional level colors. My studio is in Northern Michigan, and it's winter right now, and there's an abundance of beautiful snow all around. I think all the shimmer on the snow has influenced this work of floral art.
