I renamed this painting on August 28, 2026, in honor of my many Canadian friends. I am now calling it LAKE ONTARIO. I had the great pleasure and honor of living in Ontario, right up the street from Lake Ontario, as a teen and then as a young adult.
With acrylics, I poured my calm and soothing emotions into this piece, blending abstract, expressionism, and impressionism to evoke serene waters and open skies. This painting invites peace and reflection, offering a tranquil energy to any space it graces. I created it to remind viewers of the quiet beauty found in simplicity and the gentle flow of nature’s rhythms.
